We have some Web Development work we would like to have done in the Washington, DC / Maryland / Virginia area. Does your company charge by the hour or by the project? We are interested in PHP and Database Management.

We have a web site programmed in PHP. It was done a couple years ago by a foreign developer. We would like to hire a company closer to us in Maryland (or Washington, DC is ok too) to modify the site. It looks like your company does Web Development and Computer Programming. But do you do PHP in particular?

I have inherited a Computer Programming project in PHP. It has a database in MySQL. Does your company have good experience using PHP? I am located in Maryland, about half an hour from Washington DC. The Computer Programming project involves sensitive confidential information handled by my company. I assume you could sign an NDA as well? Please advise.

We have our data (mostly HR data in the HROffice system by Ascentis) in a SQL Server 2008 database. We are having difficulties backing up the system, transferring it, and getting it back on-line.
